Application Scope
Climatic conditions have a significant impact on product aging, color fading and metal corrosion. Therefore, aging tests are gaining increasing attention in industries such as rubber, plastics, chemical engineering, automotive and textiles. There are numerous climatic factors, including solar radiation, temperature, humidity and rainfall. Artificial rainfall devices are environmental test equipment used to simulate rainfall conditions.
This equipment is used for the inclined rain test of splash-proof appliances (products) and the water spray test of electrical products, and is applicable to tests required when the second characteristic numeral of the enclosure protection degree is 3, 4, 5 and 6.

This device adopts centralized electrical control mode. The swing of the swing pipe and the rotation of the turntable are controlled by the swing pipe speed regulator and the sample frame speed regulator respectively. Scope of Application:

The rain splash resistance test is an artificial simulated rain exposure test. It is well known that all components and equipment operating under atmospheric pressure, whether in working or storage state, are subject to varying degrees of water influence, among which rain exposure is the most common. This test aims to verify the extent to which the working performance of such equipment changes during or after rain penetration and rain exposure.
